2 Wheels April Update
Our team in Nicaragua have just compiled a list of the next 10 needy and deserving students that we will fundraise and provide refurbished bikes to. They are all from the very poor and isolated rural community of Agua Fria. One of the children we’re raising funds for is Douglas, Grade 4. About 2 Wheels Project
We are a small volunteer-run not-for-profit project providing bicycles to children living in poverty in Nicaragua. The struggle for basic necessities means that children often have to walk long distances in extreme heat or rain to get to school and many drop out before finishing primary school. Our main aim is to help children continue their education and give them the chance to break the poverty cycle by giving them a way to get to school.
